Hill stations in South India and Camping Equipment
While the hill stations in the Himalayas can transfix you with their beauty and sprawling greens, the hill stations in Southern part of India do not lag behind in any way whatsoever. They have a different beauty to offer, with lovely coffee estates and natural greens, and other hillside crops.
When we happened to stay in one such hill station, we would watch lot of foreign tourists with their Camping Gear, throng the place during any time of the year. These places are very pleasant at any time of the entire year and the food in the local restaurants are just too delectable and those who love spicy food, they will just fall for them, as they are palate turners. The local hotels, bars, and motels make good money as they are flooded with foreign tourists and visitors from other parts of India. As young children, we would get opportunities to interact with the tourists, and we would get to taste delicious foreign chocolates which they would happily share with us, much to our delight.
